Cooking Classes Farm to Table is owned by Chef Hicham currently executive chef of four restaurants in Marrakech “ the Studio, Kahwa in Majorelle garden the famous house of the deceased fashion designer Yve Saint Laurent, and the newest one Kechmara” Chef Hicham will be catering for parties, events and weddings with his untouchable right hand Abdelhak, they will create menu for the events and a la carte.
Meet your Instructor
The cooking classes will be running by Chef Ash who is Moroccan/American moved back from the US and travelled and lived in Turkey, UAE, India, and USA learning, teaching and sharing his knowledge and experiences cooking and working under famous Chefs. More than 16 years in the restaurant industry around the world.
You will learn about yourself through your experience with Moroccan cuisine.
My experience working as a sous chef to accomplish international chefs fine dining restaurants in the USA has given me the opportunity to raise my awareness of vegetarian dishes, food allergy considerations and other special dietary needs. I will communicate with you about your food preferences upon booking.
